Self Help Groups 
 
 The service user involvement project hosts a number of different self-help groups.
 
 In the Andover area, the following groups are held:
 
  • DASH (Depression and Anxiety self-help)

                Meets on the first Thursday of the month, 14.00 - 15.30pm at The Junction,

                Junction Road, Andover.

  • MDF (Manic Depression Fellowship- for those with Bipolar Disorder/Manic-Depression)

                On the third Wednesday of the month, 19.00 - 20.30pm at Andover Mind

                (opposite the Police Station).

  • Sounds (For those who hear voices)
       

              Currently suspended.  Phone us to be put on the waiting list for the next group.           

  • Womens Group (For those who experienced childhood sexual abuse)

               Meets on the last Wednesday of the month at The Lights, Andover from

               19.30 - 21.30pm.

  • OCD (For those with Obsessive Compulsive Disorders)

              Currently suspended.  Phone us to be put on the waiting list for the next group.

  • LGBT Group (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender)

              Meets on the second Thursday of the month at The Lights, Andover from 19.30 - 21.00pm.

 

   In the Winchester area, the following groups are held:

 

  • DARE (Depression and Anxiety)

              Meets on the last Thursday of the month 11.00 - 12.30pm at the United Reform Church,

              Jewry Street, Winchester.

  • SENSES (For those experiencing sensory delusions)

               Meets the last friday of every month, 14:00 - 15:00pm at the United Reform Church,

               Jewry Street, Winchester.

  • OCD (For those with Obsessive Compulsive Disorders)

              Meets on the first Thursday of each alternate month 14:00 - 15:30pm at United Reform

              Church, Jewry Street, Winchester.

In the Eastleigh area, the following groups are held:

 

  • DARE (Depression and Anxiety)

              Meets on the first Wednesday of every month, 11.00 - 12.30pm at Wells Place, Eastleigh.

  • MDF

              Meets on the second Friday of every Month, 2.00 - 3.00pm at Wells Place, Eastleigh.

  • SENSES

              Meets on the first Friday of every month, 3.00 - 4.00pm at 111 Leigh Road, Eastleigh.
